Syllabus

  • Foundations of Hybrid Leadership and Digital Presence
    • This module introduces the foundations of effective hybrid and remote leadership. • Psychological Safety, Informal Influence, and Distributed Power
    • This module focuses on how trust, inclusion, influence, and authority operate in hybrid teams. • This module explores the ethical, technological, and resilience challenges of hybrid and remote leadership. Learners will examine how AI tools, transparency, digital governance, and integrity influence distributed teams.
