For over 25 years, Pastimes for a Lifetime has been providing innovative and inspiring piano lessons to children, teens, adults, and seniors. Programs are designed to bring out the inner musician in each and every student.
Founder/Instructor Linda Wehrli has developed a unique curriculum for both recreational and serious students, age 7 and up. The curriculum blends musicianship and technical skills with creativity and expression. Her goal is to provide a comprehensive piano education while making learning to read and play music an engaging adventure for the student. This strong musical foundation will serve students for years to come.
Her approachable teaching style presents concepts in language that is simple, clear, and student-friendly. This makes the program ideal for students who are new to the piano as well as those who are returning after a break. While taking lessons at her centrally located Valley Glen studio (or online), students build confidence through competence. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or more advanced student, lessons with Linda will help you grow as a musician.
Requirements:
1. Either an 88-key acoustic piano or an 88-weighted-key keyboard with a proper stand and bench.
2. A metronome, which can be purchased from the provider if needed.
3. Beginners are required to purchase the Beginner Essentials Kit:

4. Intermediate level students are required to purchase the Intermediate Essentials Kit:
