The 3rd Annual 2026 One Back Offensive Clinic brings together one of the most practical offensive football lineups in Texas for coaches who want ideas they can immediately take back to their programs. Built around offensive strategy, play design, player development, and program building, this clinic features coaches with experience at the high school, college, and championship levels.
This year’s speaker lineup includes Devo, Bryce Mac of Lovejoy, Michael Waldie of Krum, Joe Hubener of Lone Star, Mike Reed of Gordon, James Vint, Casey Walraven of Hutto, Kortlin White of Timber Creek, and Derek Alford of Rowlett.
Coaches will hear from a wide range of offensive minds and program leaders, including coaches with coordinator experience, head coaching experience, college football backgrounds, state championship success, and years of proven development in Texas high school football. Sessions are designed to give coaches real answers on how to build an offense, teach players, structure practice, install concepts, and create consistency within a program.
Michael Waldie brings more than three decades of coaching experience, including time as a college defensive coordinator, athletic director, head football coach, and national coordinator of the year. Mike Reed brings championship-level insight from Gordon, where his program has become one of the premier names in six-man football. Joe Hubener brings a player and coach perspective after competing at Kansas State and continuing into the coaching profession. Casey Walraven brings head coaching experience and program-building knowledge from successful stops across Texas. Derek Alford brings experience as a longtime coach, former Allen offensive coordinator, and head coach at Rowlett. Kortlin White brings a player-development background with experience coaching backs, strength and conditioning, and offense at the high school level.
