Course description

Change is inevitable, constant, and difficult to implement when leaders and managers focus on processes, models, steps, or plans, before properly understanding the individual, collective and social aspects of change in the workplace.

Leaders and Managers are required to design, implement, and execute change initiatives, strategic as well as tactic, on a continuous basis. By identifying common risks, as well as opportunities to implement change more effectively, Leaders and Managers can improve their performance in this high demand mandate, in any organization.

This course offers a learning journey covering examples and specific applications of the various tools, models, and frameworks available to manage change in complex commercial aviation activities.

In this course, we offer a perspective of the leader’s abilities to create the proper environment for change and transformation initiatives: acknowledging how individuals and teams face change, how to align and engage them through the process, overcome resistance and doubt into acceptance and endorsement.
